Due out in June 2002: Chopping Spree
Hello! I am new here and new to Diane Mott Davidson and Goldy. So I am curious - what is the book order? I like to read new series' in the order they are written and I can't find a list of the book order. If anyone could help I would be thrilled!
Thanks :-)
Hey all, I just finished reading "Chopping Spree" and it is great fun! It's highly recommended!
Hi Helena,
Here is the list:
Catering to Nobody (1990)
Dying for Chocolate (1992)
The Cereal Murders (1993)
The Last Suppers (1994)
Killer Pancake (1995)
The Main Corpse (1996)
The Grilling Season (1997)
Prime Cut (1998)
Tough Cookie (2000)
Sticks & Scones (2001)
Chopping Spree (2002)
I love this series. Listened to Sticks and Scones book on tape last summer when we drove to Virginia. Is Chopping Spree out in pb yet? This would make a great tv series.
really have enjoyed all of her books that i have read so far. now i see i may have missed 2 of them. she is a very entertaining writer.
Coming Soon The New Goldie mystery
(DOUBLE SHOT)
The Reason for the hiatus, Aparently Mrs. Davidson switched sublishers.
Just started reading these books, but I have gone through most of them. Good books. Just curious, has anyone tried the recipies? Most just seem a bit too complicated for me.
I read Catering to Nobody a few years ago, before I was into the whole Food Network and culinary craze. At the time, I wasn't sure whether I liked Goldy's character or not. However, I have just begun reading Dying for Chocolate - I'm about 150 pages in - and I absolutely love her character. The mystery is fun, as well. I think that, as a "foodie," I'm enjoying the book even more. Davidson really seems to have a great knowledge of food and the culinary world, and the recipes - none of which I've tried - really add to the story. This is definitely a series that I'll be reading for years to come.
just to pass on a little something to everyone..if you like the books by diane then you'll like hannah swensen series by joanne fluke..
