WAS JUSTICE SERVED ALTHOUGH, DICK AND PERRY WERE HUNG? IS CAPITAL JUSTICE A SUFFICIENT WAY OF JUSTICE? IS IT CLASSIFIED AS JUSTICE OR REVENGE? IF EVERYONE KNEW THAT THE CLUTTERS DID NOT CARRY CASH ON THEM, WHY DID THE JAILSMAN WHO HAD WORKED FOR THE CLUTTERS, TELL DICK OPPOSITE? IS IT RIGHT THAT PERRY WOULD NOT LET DICK RAPE NANCY BUT YET HE ENDED UP KILLING THEM? COULD THERE HAVE BEEN A BETTER FORM OF PUNISHMENT FOR PERRY AND DICK? IF THE MURDERERS HAD JUST ATTEMPTED TO STEAL FROM THE CLUTTERS AND GOTTEN CAUGHT, WOULD THE PUNISHMENT HAVE BEEN AS SEVERE?
