I really like the Deborah Knott mystery series, but I haven't read much of the Malice Domestic anthologies although friends tell me they're great. The barbed wit of the Knott series gets me giggling every time.

Hi all, I just read Killer Market and really enjoyed it. I haven't read any of her other books but I really like Judge Knott. I am going to be looking for her other books. Does anyone have any favorites?

I prefer the Sigrid Harald series, but they are hard to find. Just a personal preference over the Knott ones--although I have read those too

I first read Bootlegger's Daughter, it is a Knotts book.( I think it's the 1th in series) I loved the ending and then read Shooting at Loon's. It too is a Knotts book and wonderful. I'm now trying the Sigrid Harald series. It sounds good from the reports posted. I really suggest The book Shooting at Loon's for Knotts fans.

What I love about Maron's characters is that they actually have *families*! It seems like so many authors just built their series around unmarried, childless, siblingless orphans!

To: Margaret Maron, Where did you get the name Cyl DeGraffenried?
