Flash 232: Rebecca Londoner by Bonnie Borromeo Tomlinson

Read "Rebecca Londoner" by Bonnie Borromeo Tomlinson
"I saw him. He and his wife were coming out of the Hotel Paris with my friend Ray."

What did you think of the mystery?
Would you have seen a different story in the photograph?

You can check out anytime you like...but you can never leave!

Nice story and it fit well with the picture. I was a little confused at first, but then reread it. Nice twist to it.

Every dog has it day. The other 364 belong to cats.

Nice use of the picture. I had to read it twice, too.

...if the book seems dull...just keep reading and turning pages...

Enjoyable, read it twice as well.

Kip had faked his own death, presumably to collect on the insurance. So, he and his wife killed a homeless man who looked enough like Kip to pass for him. Kip did not count on his wife double crossing him and being in cahoots with the detective.

The hole in the story though, is that they would probably find out at autopsy that the dead man was not Kip. Of course, by then, the detective and the wife would be living the high life in Paris.
