Hope probably won't have to convince anyone - surely a hero will step forward? I know there's going to be a twist, I just haven't figured it out yet.

I've got it now. Hope's husband was hopelessly in love with her. Shot himself hopefully thinking Mike would investigate and hopeful that Hope would find true love and happiness with hopeful Mike. I should've been a detective. :)

Well, the plot thickens! Could Mike possibly have been involved with drugs and no one knew? It seems improbable, but if not drugs, why was he being blackmailed...or was he?

Now wondering who is the real addict! Could it be Hope? Or her father? Why is the father warning Mike away from Hope?

I felt from the beginning that this was not a suicide and also that Hope's father knew more than he was letting on.

I want a sequel! I want to know what happens to Hope and Mike.

This was fun - we should have more of these!
