This book is all about fencing and En Garde is a French word (since I am French Myself) means On Guard when you're going to fence. I hope you like this discussion.

Hi, since you made a discussion for this, why don't you tell us a little about the book?

Nancy's friend George joined fencing and she has two friends who are also fencing who are fencing stars and they are twins named DeLyn and Damon Brittany, Bela Kovacs, their Hungarian coach, is always praising George and he only praises her when DeLyn is near at them and DeLyn is jealous of her. DeLyn's opponent in fencing was Una whose coach was Paul Mourbiers and their coaches have a long running feud since they were young and they are arguing when they meet in a salle where their students were fencing and it makes them ashamed of their coaches. Nancy discovered that Bela was only using George just to make DeLyn jealous and work hard to win and George cried when she heard about it and she thinks that she was not really a good fencer. Many things have been sabotaged in the salle of Bela and he thinks it was Paul who was doing it but in the salle of Paul there are also sabotages and he thinks Bela is doing it and it's up to Nancy who was sabotaging things in the two salles.
