When Nancy goes to Vermont with Bess and George because George's aunt needs some help running the cafe, the girls don't just work in the cafe. Pretty soon, they try to figure out why all of a sudden aliens have been visiting the small town and the girls are being followed by a reality TV series crew. Soon, a dog goes missing, but nobody thinks anything of it. But what about when the owner goes missig, too? Still, nobody buys it, since the man is known for pranking. But what about when, one by one, the girls get kidnapped? And what's up wiht the police force? And what happens when Nancy gets held at gun point?
