This one is not one of my favorites. Nancy spends most of the book tracking the wrong suspect, and doesn't even consider other motives or suspects until it's too late. It also has a major problem in it with the use of George's handheld computer. Won't go into details in this post though. Suffice it to say that what she does with it is impossible at that particular moment in the story.
The other characters were well written in this one, but to me Nancy was way off. The thing with the computer and Nancy following the wrong suspect for far too long totally ruined an otherwise nice plot for me.
I know what you mean. The plot sounded really good, but the story seemed thin. It would have been more exciting if Leslie really had been kidnapped.
I am on the second last chapter of this book and I must say that I am fairly pleased. This book had a fair amount of action although I do agree that Nancy was way off when it came to her suspicions.
Really well I guess every detective is entitled to have an off mystery but it dosen't sound like Nancy to not consider other motives and suspects did I put that right?
Ghost Mystery~ AWSUM NAME!!! Well, if u were in Nancy's shoes, u'd see the obvious, and the REALLY obvious, and then the 1s where it's only obvious because it wasn't obvious at first, uh, yeah.
think its okay that nancy didnt get it i mean doing all that just 4 a scolarship was pretty exterme
well i agree with all of you.
