how do you get all the sheep into the paddock without having them run out? they r always escaping on me!! is there a way to stop that??

ok I NEED HELP! I have looked every where and get the same answers but it never seems to work. When im at the stone pillars and turn them the only thing i got was i ripped piece of paper with clovers on it, not a printing template thing?!?!

I have looked up multiple walk throughs to make sure all stones are correctly set up but i never get the 4rth printing thing!

can anyone help me figure out what im doing wrong or what the clover paper with all the numbers is for??!?
