Is any body online for help me please

I need help!!!!! I cannot get past the point where you've moved the elevator shaft out of the way, gotten into the secret room where there's the armor. I don't know what to do next. I read some previous posts, and it says you have to have a key. I have 2 keys, one is to the library, and the other is silver and old looking, and very ornate, but it does not work. Does anyone know what I should do, or where i could find another key if there is one????

Ok. SO I am looking for the skeleton key, because everyone says that you have to use that to get through the old iron gate in the basement passageway. Some people said go to the shed, but I have no idea where that is!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!

use some of the ones for support. if you can get in one really easily, dont keep it in where it should be. use it for support

OK - I was never able to view the entire video or to view the peepholes, but I have the journal and translation and code breaker, I'm in the tower room, I have all three medallions in the correct place, and I have the spear head - I understand that I'm supposed to use the spear head to remove the purple rose from the picture, but I can't do anything with the picture - no red zone shows up or anything. What do I do?

noodleleg- The door leading outside is located in the locker room past Jacque's ski rental area. Once you open the door, the shed will be in front of you. Don't forget to visit the garden while you are out there!

homesong- Go back to Professor Hotchkiss' room and charge the battery in her camera (the charger is right next to the camera). Return the next night to view the rest of the video. Then you will be able to use the medallions as well as ask Professor Hotchkiss about what you see through the peephole.

I know Nancy's locker won't open because it's the wrong one. But I got the combination to Jacques' locker and it doesn't work either. Am I using the dial wrong, or is this a glitch in my game? I have yet to open the locker next to Nancy's because the game won't let me ask Jacques about it.
