In ND games there are things that needs to have happened first before another is going to follow. **Spoiler Alert** Did Lupe leave the inn yet? Did you fish, did the fishing lodge get blown up? Did you read the angry letter on Bill's nightstand, did you hear the arguement between Lupe and Ollie? /end Spoiler I believe those are the events that need to happen before you can get the survey from Chantal (not 100% sure). Make sure you get those done then call again.

Beach buddy: hint: The fire necklace is something you need - to help you get the Raccoon Token. Take note of the color and position of the pieces. Then go upstairs to the guest room doors and find out how the necklace relate to the rooms and how the middle piece of the necklace (the fire piece) relate to a feature in that hallway. Spoiler: When you get the necklace-to-rooms thing right, you'll hear a click. Look between the doors called Eena and Chinook. There's a picture of a raccoon. Zoom close to see what happens.
