I don't really know. and how can you get a fish drunk? the scary thing is that someone had to have done it for the people to realize that that isn't right. so some moron got a fish drunk. that's just plain crazy, it's not like it is gonna jump right out of the bowl. lol

Can I add to stupid laws, the proposed law out West (I can remember if it was Arizone, or New Mexico) proposing seat belt laws for pets....

I just read that.. and I think they went too far.. but I know where they are coming from.. there was a group from Africa that was trying to establish relibious basis on things that article mentioned, but I think that law went a little overboard on that.
