~It is better to be hated for who you are, than liked for who you are not~

Wow, Shelly, that was certainly something I didn't expect. I do not recall ever intentionally excluding someone from my posts during a conversation in a chat area.

If I have given that impression, I apologize. I chat in the chat areas on occasion, and have found myself often not even posting at all to avoid the very thing Gumbie was worried about... running off very quickly with little or no notice. I get numerous interuptions and often don't even have the 5 seconds necessary to type a "see ya" or "brb" post. So when someone disappears and never responds that is NOT what I was referring to. If this is in question, perhaps I could give you the names of the people from MN that are my close friends and they can tell you much the same story of how I have to suddenly leave on AIM, and have looooong pauses. Fortunately, they do understand, as I do when they have sudden departures.

I am astonished at your reaction especially since I don't recall having much interaction with you outside of the Debate folder, and in fact was not targeting anyone particular at all. I quite like pretty much everyone on MN, and was just expressing a similar impression as many of those that posted here in this folder on this topic. I'm not quite sure why I got so harshly jumped when others feel the same way...

Thwart. Thwart thwart thwart thwart thwart. Wow, say a word enough times and it really sounds silly.

Glad to see you back Sultry. Sure did miss you. :)

I'd just like to say; I'm in a brilliant mood [had a great birthday :o)] and I find it sad to see so many arguments here. :o(

I know I'm guilty of all the above and I'm truly sorry.

We all feel left out sometimes, I guess, but please just shake hands and be friends again? :o)

Hi daffy! Glad you had a great birthday! :o) I had a pretty great one too. :o)

I didn't intend to not be friends with anyone and didn't mean my words harshly. I'd love the tension to be dropped.

*no tension on my side*

The higher the pedestal you put someone on, the farther you grow from them
