If all I wanted was attention, I'd be naked.

no, I'm pretty sure pants include shorts..

We are about 30-40 minutes from a beach, and the community pool isn't near there..

I'm just picturing a whole bunch of half dressed people going to that store..

I think animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

~laughing~ Oh my goodness, needed that humour this morning, Sunny! So, if you wear a kilt or a skirt, you're denied service? **wink**

Thanks for the hypnotic work on the moose and deer, Space, as it lulled the critters and no incidents during drive home. In fact, it lulled my last client of the day and she didn't show...so I was able to drive out in the daylight. :)

building back up that fire, these warm people will just have to run around half-dressed, didn't see no sign on KITCHEN door. **g** it's -32C today, snuggling back into the quilt and returning to sleep...

I just cannot imagine cold temperatures in the double negatives.. brrrr...

And my husband would love to live up there. I think I will send him up to visit you Sass. Maybe then he will change his mind.

Why don't both of you go.. I am sure that sassi is a hop, skip and a jump away from where those cruise ships dock for those nice Alaskan cruises.

She could give you the "land tour" package.

Umm, I think I would have to wait till summer. I think 32 degrees is too cold.

You forgot that little negative sign.

kirsten b - 11:03am Jan 27, 2004 PST(#123 of 15953)

Yeah, I think +32degrees farenheight is too cold. When it goes even further down, I try not to even venture out of the house.

+32 isn't that bad. I walked to the grocery store last night and if the big sign above the local bank is to be believed, it was 11 degrees.

kirsten b - 11:06am Jan 27, 2004 PST(#125 of 15953)

No one believes me when I say I deal with heat much better than cold. I would rather be in 110 degree heat than in 32 degree cold.

Oh, no, now if I have a pool handy, I can deal with 110 heat.. otherwise, I prefer the cold, especially if I have the white stuff to play with.

I grew up in a house without AC. Never really bothered me although as kids I remember complaining that we were the only ones without it. Now that I have it, I freeze in the summer.
