Hi, when I was a kid, I read the Hardy Boys mysteries a lot. I mostly liked the adventure more than anything.

The Hardy Boys Casefiles are the best piece of work to come from Franklin W. Dixion. I especially like the super mysteries with H.B. and T.S Hopefully Franklin W. Dixion and Victor Appleton will get together and produce a series together comprising everything from the two series into one

I thought the Hardy Boys were the best of a fine tradition of detectives for young readers. As I grew older I felt I was too old for them, but now I enjoy them as much as I ever did, especially since the 70's TV series is now available on video to watch. It has reminded how much I miss these old friends.

Randy-

I love to read the Hardy Boys. They have great adventures and cool mysteries. I love the cases with the Assasins involved. My favorites are also the Hardy Boys with Tom Swift. I loved 'Time Bomb'. I am now trying to buy 'Alien Factor' the second book with them together. The Tom Swift books are great too.

I owe much of my love of reading to The Hardy Boys mysteries. I spent many summers in rural New Hampshire at my Grandmothers home, enjoying a respite from the big city of Boston. I would walk two miles to the small local library and check out Hardy Boys books, and my summer became an adventure.

I have to say this.... I now have been reading THE HARDY BOYS FOR over a year. And even though we finally MAY be seeing the end to them(HB CASEFILES #127) I'll never stop reading them, because they are the best team of detectives around !!!!

i've seen a site on the net that u can go to and read Sherlock Holmes books without purchasing them. i wonder if there is such a site for HB too. my bookshelf is already stocked up with HB books n if i buy more i wouldnt know where to put them. i hope somebody knows.

horserider80 - 01:23pm Oct 18, 1998 PST(#26 of 110)

I love the Hardy Boys! They hooked me on reading! I've got tons of them on my bookshelf. I especially go for the supermysteries w/ Nancy Drew, although I think they usually give Nancy all the credit and make the HB look kind of dumb! The Case Files are great too! The Assassins send chills up my spine. I especially love the early casefiles like Dead On Target and The Lazarus Plot. As they went on they got repetitve. If anyone knows others that are really cool and exciting, let me know. By the way, Joe Hardy is deffinately the coolest! I used to have a terrible crush on him!
