I think it would be great if we started our own little critique group. Any one game? Maybe meet once a week, exchange work, gain feedback and/or suggestions? I've been writing for over ten years and have had work published in Woman's World, Woman's Day, and several newspapers. I just completed my first suspense story THE DOLPHIN TRIANGLE (100,000 words). It placed as a semi finalist in the mystery/suspense chapter of RWA's Good Things Come In Threes contest.

I agree with the person saying that the Mysteries by Members section is somewhat neglected. I visit it regularly, and try to make commments one everyones story (the recent ones) cause i know what a let down it is when y0u see something you've worked hard on with no comments. I don't really know what i'm trying to say, nor do i have a really great idea. i'm just, i don't know. Rambling, i suppose.

"I can't do it all on my own, I'm no Superman" - Scrubs Theme

Hey guys!! I see this place doesn't get used much anymore...

Anyway...I was thinking of putting a story online, but will decide against it if I can post it here instead. The problem is, is it is going to wind up being a novel, and I wouldn't know where to put it!!

Help me?! Please?!!

~Sandra~

You can check out anytime you like...but you can never leave!

Hi Spirit,

If your story is a mystery, you can post it in Mysteries by Members, provided it is more like a short story rather than a novel. That is because we do have some space restraints in place.

I have found the best way to do that is to add a discussion and name it the title of your story. If you like you can put a description of your story in the box provided there. Then you can start your story as post number one and continue it from there.

I am going ahead and posting it on my own pages, I am posting a discussion linking to it in short mysteries. I hope this arrangement is ok with you Fran!!
