O.k., let's share sources of information on where we find out which authors have new books coming out and when? I'll try to get together some of the links I've used. I'll be looking forward to hearing about your sources.

Dawn or Koli

Please let me join in! All I can say is that I'm a beginner on this computer but not on mysteries. I love P.I. and police procedurals. Patricia Cornwell of the Kay Scarpetta series has a new book coming out called Southern Cross. Its not a Scarpetta novel but has great "cops" in it. this is not exactly what you were discussing but I had to start somewhere! mickiwoodward@hotmail.com

That's the kind of information that should be shared here -- where you find forthcoming books and books you know about that are coming out.

I am looking forward to reading the book you mentioned. Like all her books -- this series is her newest and I'm curious to see how this 2nd book is.

Who are some other authors you like?

If you want to see new releases, check out Publisher's Weekly. Most libraries have it. It's an industry trade magazine that reviews most of the best of the latest. A good way to get insider buz

Judy,

O is for Outlaw is due out this fall. I enjoy her series a lot. Who else do you read?

Nancy Brooks - 01:25pm Apr 7, 1999 PST(#9 of 24)

The sequal to Silence of the Lambs will be at the bookstores in June! Now that was one great book (and movie too!) It took the author almost 10 years to write but promises this sequal to be just as good as the original.
