I am trying to find a particular short story.
In 1960 I read this story (author and title unknown now) as part of a school education English
course. The plot was based around a group of people in a weekend house who discussed
various topics. One participant claimed he could make one of the group disappear during the
weekend and they would have no memory of that person. The group laughed at this claim at
the end of the weekend because no one was missing. However a careful analysis of the
conversation indicated someone had disappeared. Can you help to find the short story?
I need help with an idea for my daughter's basmitzvah. It will be a MYSTERY theme. I wanted to have an activity revolving around a mystery like what is in that box or who took the cake...not the best yet the best I have come up with. Ideas for clues and the mystery would be so appreciated. Thanks michele
